Sour Cream Rolls

Put in a mixing bowl:
1/4 cup warm (not hot) water
1 tablespoon dry yeast
Let stand 5 minutes and stir.

1/4 cup melted butter or oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
Beat thoroughly. Beat in 5 cups sifted flour(about)

Add a little more flour if needed to make the dough stiff enough to handle. Grease the top lightly with Melted butter or oil.
Cover the dough and let rise until light and nearly double in size (about 20 minutes. Makes about 36 small rolls.
