Peanut Loaf

1 cup crunchy peanut butter 2 cups milk
1 cup cooked rice 1 egg, beaten
1 cup soft bread crumbs 1 teaspoon salt

Mix all ingredients until blended
Pack in well-oiled pan.
Bake at 350°F for from 45 to 50 minutes.
Turn out on hot platter and cut in slices to serve.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
