2 cups green beans (habichuelas) , cooked
2 cups sliced carrots, cooked
1 cup cheese, cut into strips
3 hard-cooked eggs, quartered
1 hard lettuce, washed and chilled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Arrange beans, carrots, cheese and eggs on a bed of lettuce.
Garnish with the radish roses.
Chill.
Serve with mayonnaise.
Yield: 6 servings.
