1/2 kilo heart of palm (ubod) cut in fine strips or cubed.
1/4 cup celery, sliced fine
3 tablespoon spring onion (white part)
4 small pieces of cucumber
1 cup dried singkamas or waterchestnuts (diced)
1 cup drained pineapple tidbits
Mix all ingredients together, adding any prepared mayonnaise dressing.
Add salt and pepper for seasoning.
