Lumpia Macao

1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 cup pickles
1-2 onions, chopped 1 medium singkamas cut into tiny strips
2 cups ground gluten or vegemeat Soy sauce as desired

Saute all ingredients adding pickles and singkamas at the end.
Season with salt and soy sauce.
Cool the mixture.
Wrap in small lumpia wrappers. Deep-fry in hot fat.
Yield: 16 small lumpia.
