Oatmeal Patties

2 cups tokwa 2 cups cooked oatmeal
1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 tablespoon soy flour
1 1/2 cups grated onions Salt to taste
1 teaspoon soy sauce

Combine all ingredients, mix well.
Make into patties, using two tablespoons of mix per patty.
They may be served with tomato gravy or baked in condensed tomato soup.
Yield: 6 servings.
