Picadillo with Malunggay

2 tablespoons cooking oil 4 cups rice washings
1 teaspoon minced garlic 2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons onion, sliced 3 cups malunggay leaves,
1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped washed and sorted
1 cup vegemeat, ground

Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes. Add vegemeat. Cover and cook for 5 minutes
over low heat.
Add rice washing and bring to a boil. Season with salt.
Add malunggay leaves. Cook for 5 more minutes.
Yield: 6 servings.
