2/3 cup fine cracker crumbs
1 cup milk
2 cups ground gluten
1 cup finely diced tokwa
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vetsin
1/2 teaspoon sage
Soak cracker crumbs in milk; add remaining ingredients, mix well. Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350°F. for 30 to 35 minutes.
