Sauteed Buko

2 tablespoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon garlic,minced
2 tablespoons onion, sliced
1/4 cup tomatoes, sliced
2 1/4 cups buko meat, shredded
1 cup coconut water
2 1/4 teaspoons green onion, sliced

Saute garlic, onion, tomatoes and buko in cooking oil.
Add coconut water and season with salt. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Drop in the green onions and cook for 2 more minutes, before removing from the fire.
Serve hot.
