2 tablespoon oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 cup finely diced onion
3 cups ground gluten
1/2 cup finely diced carrot
1/2 cup water
1 cup finely diced fried potatoes
2 teaspoons soy sauce
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon vetsin
Dash of sage, optional
Brown the garlic, onion and gluten in oil. Add carrots and water and simmer until tender. Add cooked rice and fried potatoes, season with soy sauce, salt, vetsin, and sage. Garnish it with parsley and serve it hot.
