Broiled Gluten

1/2 kilo gluten, sliced thin 3 tablespoons kalamansi juice
3 cloves garlic, crushed 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce

Place gluten in a deep dish. Add the remaining ingredients and marinate for at least an hour. Put gluten in broiler rack and broil both sides to desired doneness.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
