Sauteed Mushrooms

1/2 kilo fresh mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Salt
Sweet pepper, sliced

Wash or wipe mushrooms and slice them.
In a saucepan, melt butter and when it begins to foam, add mushrooms,
salt and stir constantly.
After 3 minutes, add pepper and soy sauce and additional butter if necessary.
Cook for 1 minutes after juice begins to come from mushrooms.
Yield: 5 servings.
