Cheese Loaf

1 small box pre-cut macaroni, cooked and drained 1 cup milk
1 cup vegemeat, ground 2 eggs, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup pimientos, chopped
2 cups grated cheese

toss macaroni with vegemeat, bread crumbs and pimientos.
Blend together cheese,milk and eggs. Pour over macaroni mixture.
Stir gently to mix. Pour into a greased 8 by 8 by 2-inches pan or loaf pan.
Bake in preheated 350°F oven until firm for about 45 to 60 minutes.
