1/2 kilo tofu 3 tablespoons margarine
5 tablespoons flour 1 cup soy milk or pure evaporated milk
1 teaspoon salt Breading meal
Make very thick sauce of milk, salt, flour and margarine. Add scrambled tofu.
Place in refrigerator to chill. When cold, mold, dip in breading meal and deep fry until brown.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
