2 1/2 cups ground gluten
1 cup finely diced tokwa
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon vetsin
1 cup chopped green pepper
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
3/4 cup milk
1 egg slightly beaten
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon margarine
Combine gluten and tokwa with onion, vetsin, bread crumbs, milk eggs; put half the mixture into a greased 8 inch round baking dish. Cook garlic and green pepper in butter till almost tender; spread over gluten mixture. Bake at 350° F for 35 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
