Gluten Carry

1/3 kilo gluten, cut in cubes and fried
2 cups thick coconut milk
1 cup sliced onions
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 cup green and red pepper, big cubes
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vetsin
1 teaspoon chopped ginger (optional)

Saute garlic and onions. Add the gluten and curry powder, then add the pepper and coconut milk. Cook till mixture boils. Add lime juice before removing from fire. The sauce must be thick.
