Indian Curry

1 1/4 cups fresh coconut milk 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 cup water 2 teaspoons salt
1 cup chopped onions 3 cups cubed potato
1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1 1/2 cups cauliflower
1/4 cup oil 1 cup peas
1 teaspoon curry powder 1/4 cup kalamansi juice

Saute onion and green pepper in oil.
Add curry,turmeric, salt, potato, cauliflower, peas and water.
Simmer until tender.
Add coconut milk and kalamamnsi juice when vegetables are tender.
Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Yield: 6 servings.
