Soft - Cooked Eggs

Method 1

Place eggs in enough boiling water to cover them.
Remove from fire, cover, and allow to stand 5 to 8 minutes, depending
upon the degree of coagulation desired.

Method 2

Place eggs in enough cold water to cover them.
Place over moderate heat and allow to stand until water reaches the boiling point.
Remove at once, plunge into cold water. Serve.
