These is the recipe of the Achara / Atsara a simple Filipino food and good accompaniment with grilled pork, chicken or fish or even fried one. You may serve it whatever you like really it's yummy sourness of the vinegar hmmm I just love it. All you have to need in your kitchen to make an Achara / Atsara are the green papaya, carrots, ginger, onions, and bell peppers just slice it thinly. Then mix it with the vinegar, sugar and salt it depends with your taste just balance the sour-sweet- salty taste in your Achara / Atsara. You can also put some raisins on it if you want too. Always put in the fridge so that it will remain the freshness. It's easy right?
