1/2 cup cooked gluten 4 small onions, quartered
1 cup tomatoes, sliced 2 small celery stalks or kinchay cut in pieces
4 medium potatoes, cubed 1 small canned peas
1/2 cup carrots, cubed Salt to taste
3 cups of rice washing or water
Brown gluten in fat.
Add three cups rice washing or water, salt and simmer.
Add sliced tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients except peas.
Simmer till almost done.
Add cooked peas and cook until done.
Serve hot.
Yield: 4 servings.
