2 regular bundles of kangkong 1 tablespoon kalamansi juice
3 tablespoons soy sauce 1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon sugar and pepper
Wash and sort kangkong
Saute the garlic. When brown, add kangkong.
When partially cooked, add kalamansi juice and bring to a boil.
Season with soy sauce and salt.
Yield: 6 servings
Note: Okra or sigarilyas may be used instead of kangkong.
