1/2 kilo gluten, sliced into steak
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup minced onion
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups lemon-line drink
2 tablespoons tomato catsup
2 cups diced potatoes, fried
1/4 cup water
Combine the flour and salt. Roll gluten in it. Brown the steaks on both sides in the melted margarine. Set aside. Saute garlic and onion. Add the rest of the ingredients, including the leftover flour-salt mixture. Cook till thickened.
