Cheese Sticks
Toll Hot Roll dough, into a rectangle 1/4 inch thick. Spread with butter, sprinkle with flour, and fold from the ends to make 3 layers. Repeat three times and cut in finger-shaped pieces. Arrange on a cooky sheet, cover and let stand 15 minutes. Bake at 425° F. for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven. Brush the tops with egg white and dip in grated Parmmesan cheese seasoned with salt and cayenne. Return to the oven and bake 4 minutes.
