1/2 kilo gluten, cut into cubes 2 medium-sized potatoes
1 tablespoon garlic, minced 1/4 kilo vege-choplets
2 tablespoons oil 1 large sweet pepper
1/2 cup onions, sliced Salt to taste
1 cup tomatoes, sliced Pepper
2 cups rice water
Fry gluten cubes till brown; set aside. Saute garlic in oil until brown.
Add onions and tomatoes until tender. Add gluten and water.
Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add potatoes and cook until done.
Add vege-choplets and sweet pepper.
Season and cook for 3 more minutes.
Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
