1/2 kilo gluten, sliced lengthwise, 1/3-inch thick
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper 1/3 cup oil
2 eggs, well-beaten Bread crumbs
Season gluten with salt and pepper. Dip in well-beaten eggs, roll in bread crumbs
and fry until golden brown. May be served with catsup or desired sauce.
Yield: 5 to 6 servings.
