Gluten Tinola

2 cups gluten, cut in serving pieces 1-inch cube ginger, crushed
2 cups green papaya, cut in 2-inch lengths 2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tablespoons oil 1 onion, sliced


Fry the garlic, onion,ginger, then the gluten.
Add enough water.
When mixture starts to boil, add the papaya and cook until soft but not mushy.
Season with salt. Add sili before removing from fire.
Yield: 4 servings.
