Ingredients:
- 20 grams fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Thai red chili, seeded
- 10 grams palm sugar
- 1 tbsp Thai chili paste
- 5 grams fresh mint
- 30 grams cucumber, sliced
- 20 grams cherry tomato, halved
- 10 grams roasted peanuts
- 10 grams crispy fried onion
- 1 tsp toasted glutinous rice, ground
- 20 grams red onion slices
- 2 dried chillies, toasted
- 200 grams beef sirloin steak, cooked as desired and sliced
- 2 frisee lettuce, for garnish
Procedure:
- Pound coriander, lemon juice, red chili and palm sugar in a mortar with a pestle.
- Transfer it to a bowl.
- Add all the ingredients, except frisee.
- Let beef marinate in the mixture for at least a minute.
- To serve, place the frisee and arrange the salad.
- Serve with rice.
