2 cups mashed potatoes
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vetsin
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon onion
2 cups crumbs or cornmeal
Mix all ingredients and shape as big as fingers, and coat with flour. Roll in egg diluted with milk, and then roll in crumbs. Fry. Serve hot with gluten cutlets or fried tokwa.
