2 cups fresh green bean pods (string or Baguio beans)
1 tablespoon margarine or oil
1 can mushrooms, ground
1 tablespoon onions, minced
1 teaspoon vetsin
Salt to taste
Saute onions in oil margarine. Add mushrooms,then the beans. Cover and let it simmer a few minutes. Add broth from mushrooms. Cook till beans are tender. Add salt and vetsin. Serve hot.
