1/2 kilo bamboo shoots, sliced thinly and blanched 1/2 cup vegetable broth
4 cups string beans, cut into 1-inch lengths 1/4 cup kalamansi juice
1/2 cup vegemeat, cut fine Salt to taste
5 segments garlic, crushed
1 onion, chopped
Heat oil, saute and onion. Add vegemeat.
Add vegetables and stock and let simmer until
vegetables are tender.
Add kalamansi juice and simmer until liquid evaporates.
Season with salt. Yield 10 to 12 servings.
